And don't go poking around with the electric switched on, Thanks people for the advice, also croppie, the automatic assumption is because my mum and dad have been ripped off in the past so im dont mind paying for the cost of the engineer or an official engineer to come out etc that is not a issue the issue is i know theres allot of cowboys out there and i rather keep away from that i dont even mind calling miele direct in order for them to get an engineer out as my original plan was just to buy a new miele washing machine but my mum and dad told me not to do that and to try and fix it or get it fixed, so i came on here trying to get some advice for myself so that i can have a go at it and if i do not get no joy then calling an engineer is the option and if it works out that its going to cost quite abit i rather just buy a new machine.
